We adopt the view that the degree of individual or team success is dependant upon how well an athlete prepares themselves for a goal through training.

Paramount to training endeavours for novices and professionals is setting an achievable goal, planned according to individual abilities.

Often, the physiological goal is to improve body function and optimise athletic performance. The main scope of this training is that we aim to increase the athletes work and skill capabilities to develop strong physiological traits.

Achieving high results in competition should be closely linked with physical excellence. Once upon a time athletes were judged by huge muscles and brute strength; but the modern athlete is defined by the virtues of skill, mental staying power, application, and an integration of guidance and organisation through effective and measured coaching.

Our approach is methodical and incorporates basic scientific procedures to help athletes achieve high levels of training and performance. We aim to provide structure, guidance, direction, and scope to ensure everything is done properly.

Team

Developing team fitness requires organisation and thorough planning. If it is your team's objective to improve physical performance and is genuinely serious in pursuing Grand Final or Championship success, then it requires more than just writing a program. To be effective it must be properly implemented through sound organisation and supervision skills.

No matter what level of competition your team is in, amateur or elite, we will work closely with the team coach to help devise, implement, and monitor team training during preseason, in season and in finals.

Our approach is methodical and professional. We will analyse current levels of exercise skills, conduct basic or advanced physiological testing and reporting using modern technology and techniques, instil motivation in your players, design and implement preseason camps, conduct resistance training and conditioning training sessions, periodised training programmes, set team and individual goals, research and analyse advance training methods, talent identification, and reinforce team objectives and values.

If your team requires medical and fitness support for interstate or international travel we will provide and implement direct preparation, treatment, and recovery procedures to help your team perform to the best of their ability.
