Guidance and direction are probably the two most important features athletes look for in their coaches. They seek guidance in how to improve their game or develop their skills, and look for direction in terms of what course of action or type of training they should engage in inorder to get them from where they are now to where they want to be in futre. Our role is to do just that!
As Strength & Conditioning Coaches we aim to guide and direct our junior athletes the best way possible by introducing them to structured and organised training and as well help manage their work loads and help them understand the principles of training through education.
