Introductory Kids Fitness Coaching

For parents wanting to help educate and encourage their child to become more physically active or parents seeking support and advice on how to teach their child the basics and importance of fitness exercise, we are happy to provide our services.

By addressing your childs health and fitness, or lack of fitness activitiy, now is critical to their future development for both mind and body. It's an area of concern that far too many parents nowadays are neglecting due to limited time and the dramatic change in the social landscape.

Our focus is highly dyanamic and supportive. We will work with you on the following areas;

  • Time management

  • How to make fitness fun for kids

  • Introduction to basic fitness exercises for kids i.e. push ups / running technique

  • Exercise and routine structure design

  • Basic interactive games for both parents and children to play

  • Advice

  • Your involvement as a 'Role Model'

  • Referals to other services i.e nutrionists, physiotherapist
