What is Sturt FC Cycling?

Sturt FC Cycling is an interactive resistance training session using your own ‘Wind Trainer’ in a dynamic and motivating training environment.

Sessions are designed to maximise your training effectiveness using your wind trainer to help improve physical performance, technique, and training knowledge.
