Testing

To help young kids set goals and develop their physical attributes we provide testing sessions where we will come out and visit your school or club and test your junior athletes in all areas of physical performance from speed, strength, endurance, agility, and power as well as specific skill testing.

We will then provide the results to the coaches or teaches and together with them help devise a training program in order to improve on their results.

Depending on group sizes, testing may take somewhere between 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Our battery of basic tests include:

  • Beep Test
  • Speed Gate Test
  • Agility Gate Test
  • Endurance Test (400m to 3km)
  • Vertical Jump
  • Push Ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Chin Ups

 

*All children are required to pass medical screen before testing can be conducted.
