Testing

The idea behind testing is to identify physiological, technical, tactical, and nutritional weaknesses that may remain undected leading the cyclist to continually fail to achieve optimal performance or meet their cycling objectives.

As a result, we engage in some basic forms of assessing physical conditioning or fitness to provide feedback and to help set bench marks and KPIs for you to achieve.

Our testing protocols are basic field tests and do not involve any laboratory measures of physiological characteristics, although we are able to guage some physiological measurements such as VO2.

We use two basic field tests:

  • Time Trial (Velodrome)
  • Anerobic Power and Capacity (Sprint tests) which we measure power out put.
